• It takes minimum 3-5 days to process the order (Handcrafted mirror work, embroidery and Aari work blouses takes minimum 10-15 days in processing the order, depends on the quantum of handwork)
• For urgent order delivery please confirm with us before placing the order.
• Cash on delivery is available (Max order Value ₹ 5000/-).
• International Shipping also available.

• We do not offer Returns or Exchanges unless there is a significant size issue or a Manufacturing defect. In such cases, customers are required to ship the product back to us at their own expense. Once we have received and processed the return, any applicable re-shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer for the exchanged item in case of size exchange.
• No refunds, only store credit will be given excluding the shipping cost 150/-
• Please note that we do not provide a pickup service for returns or exchanges.
• For sizes 46 to 52, we offer only prepaid options and do not accept returns or exchanges. Additionally, all customised orders are strictly prepaid. We kindly request that you double-check your measurements before placing an order, as we are unable to process returns or exchanges for these sizes under any circumstances.
