At Godhuli, all our blouses are made-to-order and crafted specially for each customer. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3–7 working days
- Since our products are made-to-order, processing time may vary depending on design and customization
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
Special Note for Mirror Work Blouses
- Blouses with mirror work or heavy handwork require additional crafting time
- Processing time for such products will be 15–17 working days before dispatch
- This is due to the detailed and careful workmanship involved

Within India (Domestic Orders)
- Delivery within 3–7 working days after dispatch
- Free shipping on all domestic orders
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide
- Delivery time: 7–15 working days after dispatch (may vary by country and customs process)
Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders: Free shipping
- International Orders: Charges are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight
Important Note for International Orders
- No return or exchange is applicable on international orders
- Customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or import charges as per their country's regulations
- Delivery timelines may be affected due to custom clearance processes
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
- You can track your order through the courier partner's website
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to high order volume, festivals or peak seasons, or courier and customs delays. Godhuli is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing an order
- If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping charges will be applicable
Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos for verification
- We will assist you as per our Return & Exchange Policy
