At Godhuli, every blouse is made-to-order and carefully crafted as per customer selection. Due to the customized nature of our products, we follow a strict policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. We request all customers to read the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any products. Since all blouses are made-to-order, they are specifically prepared for each customer and cannot be resold. Once an order is placed and delivered, it is not eligible for return or refund under normal circumstances.
2. Exchange Eligibility (Only for Valid Cases)
Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:
