Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Godhuli

At Godhuli, every blouse is made-to-order and carefully crafted as per customer selection. Due to the customized nature of our products, we follow a strict policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. We request all customers to read the policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any products. Since all blouses are made-to-order, they are specifically prepared for each customer and cannot be resold. Once an order is placed and delivered, it is not eligible for return or refund under normal circumstances.


2. Exchange Eligibility (Only for Valid Cases)

Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:

  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • You have received a wrong product

Important: You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared for verification. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.


3. Customer-Initiated Exchange (Optional)

If you wish to exchange the product for size or personal preference, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact
  • You will need to self-ship the product to our address and bear all shipping charges (both sides)
  • Exchange will be processed only after product inspection and approval
  • If the requested product is unavailable, store credit may be provided

4. Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items are strictly not eligible for exchange, except in case of manufacturing defects:

  • Customized or altered blouses
  • Sizes 46 to 50
  • Products purchased during sale or special offers (if applicable)

5. Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds, as all products are made-to-order. Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where exchange is not possible for a valid issue (defect/wrong product). Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method or as store credit.


6. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

  • Godhuli is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
  • Customers must ensure correct address and contact details while placing orders
  • In case of exchange shipping, responsibility of safe delivery lies with the customer

7. Important Notes

  • Slight color variation may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
  • As these are handcrafted and ethnic products, minor irregularities are natural and add to the uniqueness of the design
  • Such variations will not be considered defects
