Q: What materials are used in Godhuli blouses?
A: Our blouses are crafted from high-quality materials such as gaji silk, Banarasi brocade, cotton, and more. Each piece is designed to offer comfort and elegance.

Q: Do you offer customization for blouses?
A: Yes, we offer customization options for blouse patterns, sizes, and intricate work. Please contact us with your specific requirements.

2. Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, select your desired items, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Modifications or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. 

3. Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Our Payment Integration is with Razorpay and they support all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking and Cash on Delivery (COD- Restricted to Rs. 7000/-. Orders above Rs. 7000/- have to be prepaid).

Q: Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?
A: Yes, our website uses Razorpay as the integration platform which offers secure encryption to protect your payment information. 

4. Shipping and Delivery

Q: What are your shipping options?
A: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders (Orders above Rs. 2000/-). International shipping is chargeable and rates may vary depending upon the destination country.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days for domestic shipments. For customised blouses and blouses having heavy mirror work or hand designs may take 10-15 days to deliver. International delivery times may vary.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not accept returns as all our blouses are customised according to clients requirements and thus we insist that customers see the size chart carefully before placing orders for blouses. Only in case the shipment delivered is in damaged condition then only we accept returns. No exchange or returns allowed. Customised items are not eligible for returns.

8. Account and Membership

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout process.

Q: How can I become a regular customer?
A: We do not currently offer any membership program, however if you are a repeat customer and planning to place an order for more than Rs. 20000/- then please get in touch with us. Promotional offers/discounts can’t be clubbed here.
