Return and Refund Policy

Domestic Orders

  1. Since entire collection is limited edition clothing with maximum 3-5 pieces and the products are not replicated once sold completely, thus we do not offer cancellation of orders once booked and payment is credited into our bank account.

  2. No refund will be provided in case of customized orders as per client requirements. Customization means any new product made specifically for the client or any modifications/alterations in the product made on the request of the client which includes size alteration.

  3. In case the product is already shipped refund shall be granted only if there are manufacturing defects or the product has been received in a tampered package. Please refer to our delivery/shipping policy for details. In such case only the product value gets refunded after the receipt of goods by us in proper condition and after thorough check. An email on info@godhulionlinestore.com from the client highlighting the manufacturing defect or tampering in the package is a must before the refund is processed. Reverse shipping will be borne by the client only.

International Orders

We do not offer any refunds on international orders.
