Shipping Policy

We at Godhuli ( are committed to delivering to the customers most seamless experience in terms of shipping and delivery. Our firm has tied up with DTDC for delivering products in time to our customers. We carry out pre-shipment quality check at our end and ensure that the product reaches the customer in proper condition. We have till date maintained zero return track record of our products.

We dispatch the products all throughout the week except Sundays and the shipping details are updated to the customer. Normally the Courier gives commitment of delivery within 3-4 days in India, but we normally advise a timeline of 7-8 days on a safer side. For International shipments we use FedEx/Speed Post and the delivery time varies based on destination, however a maximum timeline of 15-20 days is advised.

We reserve the right to replace/change/add any other delivery/courier partner (For both domestic or International Delivery) and we shall be under no obligation to make any prior intimation in this regard.


  • For Shipping anywhere in India, the Charges shall be Rs.150/-
  • Free shipping on single invoice value (excluding shipping charges) of Rs. 2000/- or more.
  • Customers are required to provide the address with full contact details and nearby landmarks for ensuring timely delivery.
  • Courier firms attempt twice for delivery of the products, beyond which the product is returned.


  • Shipping charges vary from Rs. 1200/- to Rs. 3000/- depending upon the shipment address and will be irrespective of the number of products. Multiple products can be clubbed in one shipment. Shipping charge will be added automatically to the billing amount based on the shipping address.
  • The product price does not include any customs duty, or any other taxes as may be applicable in the destination country. Those charges (if any) must be borne by the customer.
  • We have tied up with FedEx/Speed Post for delivery of international shipments.
  • Our Products are not covered under any transit insurance.
  • Delivery of international orders as committed by the Delivery partner is 7-8 working days however we advise our clients a timeline 15-20 days.
  • All Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days (except Sundays).
  • The delivery would be made at the address mentioned by the customer while placing the order. Customers are requested to check the address before placing the order to ensure timely delivery. Any change in delivery address shall be entertained only over email ( and before dispatch of the order.

What is our policy in regard to product received in damaged condition?

We as a firm ensure that there is no manufacturing or packaging defect while dispatching the orders and the products are scrutinized before they are given for delivery. However, in an unfortunate scenario wherein the product is tampered with or the packaging is tampered, we request you not to take delivery of the product and inform us through email on within 24 hours. The product so returned shall be examined by our quality control team and if there is any defect or there is any manufacturing defect, we shall process the refund within 7 working days. No refunds shall be entertained for any reasons other than mentioned above.
