Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days across India. Mirror work blouses require 10–15 days for dispatch due to detailed craftsmanship. All products are made to order, so no return or refund is accepted except in case of manufacturing defects. Any defect must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

All products are made to order, hence we do not accept returns or refunds. Exchange/return is only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect. Any defect must be reported within 45 hours of delivery with proper images. Amount paid towards Partial COD is non-refundable, except in case the product is not available.
